Junior Digital Strategist

Responsibilities

• Working on ad platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Linked In Ads, Amazon Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics to set up, understand and improve performance for our clients.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for our clients to discuss account performance, new ideas and next steps that need to be taken.
• Completing SEO specialist work that involves optimizing websites to rank higher in search engine results.
• Developing positive relationships that reflect true partnership in achieving the objectives of the client’s business.
• Pulling data from analytics platforms and/or CRMs, (including Google Analytics, Sales Force, Hub Spot, etc).
• Collaborating with our Digital Designers to develop creative ads that speak to the clients' brand and audience.
• Anticipate any potential issues for our clients and share these with the team.

• 1+ years of experience and knowledge in SEM / PPC for paid search and social platforms.
• Digital marketing expertise, tracking and reporting, and client communication skills.
• Co-op or relevant work experience with paid and search ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc).
• Adaptability with a desire to learn and develop your skills.
• Drive to continuously grow our S+G client roster and team.
• The ability to time-manage and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset showing accuracy and proficiency with numbers and data.
• Strong communication skills both internally and client facing with a friendly demeanour.
• Confidence in your work, especially during client interactions.
