CIBC is searching for a dedicated Active Directory and Entra  with at least five years of experience. This full-time role involves managing the non-production and production infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and addressing escalations effectively. Engage in stakeholder management, project delivery, and contribute to strategic solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support Active Directory and Entra

• Manage escalations and modify existing procedures

• Act as liaison for business and technology partners

• Design solutions to prevent operational issues

• Deliver consulting and testing for system changes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory and Entra

• Proficient in Power Shell for automation

• Strong knowledge of security and monitoring tools

• Experience with SSO services and managing Windows servers

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
