This position involves conducting thorough technical discovery to understand customer connectivity needs. You'll design IoT wireless network architectures and oversee deployment standards while providing technical support during customer onboarding. Your expertise will also be crucial in managing firmware life cycles and troubleshooting complex network issues to enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design IoT wireless network solutions with cellular technology
• Translate customer needs into deployment plans
• Support integration activities like VPN, LAN/WAN design
• Build templates for modem and router configurations
• Perform root-cause analysis on network issues
Requirements:
• CCNA certification demonstrating TCP/IP knowledge
• Practical experience with VPN and IPsec
• Strong understanding of cellular networks and WAN architectures
• Networking fundamentals including DHCP and DNS
• Clear communication skills to liaise with customers
