Hybrid Digital Asset Manager at TD

You will play a key role in supporting the operational excellence of TD’s DAM capabilities. Responsibilities range from asset ingestion and metadata management to user training and process improvement analytics. This collaborative position will involve working closely with marketing, creative teams, and Adobe stakeholders to ensure effective DAM operations across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user AEM Assets support and access management

• Conduct asset maintenance and organization for improved usability

• Develop training materials and provide user training sessions

• Analyze operational data to drive platform enhancements

• Assist teams with Intralinks governance and user support

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Assets or similar DAM tools

• Strong detail orientation and accountability in tasks

• Exceptional communication skills with a customer service focus

• Familiarity with metadata management and asset organization

• Capability to work independently and adapt swiftly
