Litmus, a growth-stage software company, is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to oversee complete documentation for AI and ML capabilities. You will be responsible for translating complex concepts into accessible content, utilizing AI-assisted writing techniques, and establishing authoring standards. In this role, you will work closely with product managers and data engineers to ensure all documentation aligns with actual product behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document AI/ML features within Litmus Edge and Edge Manager
• Create content for plant engineers, IT/OT admins, and developers
• Design AI-assisted documentation workflows using LLM tools
• Collaborate with product teams for comprehensive documentation
• Maintain information architecture across help centers and API references
Requirements:
• 5+ years in technical writing, especially in B2B and IoT
• Proven AI/ML documentation experience
• Hands-on with AI writing tools like ChatGPT
• Proficient in docs-as-code practices like Markdown
• Strong interviewing skills for technical content creation
