Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to join our operations team. The successful candidate will provide critical technical support for production environments, ensuring system stability and compliance with organizational standards. This role requires strong technical expertise across multiple platforms and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time, minimizing system downtime.
Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and Open Shift containerized applications.
Execute and maintain SQL queries and database operations.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents.
Document issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
Participate in the production support on-call rotation.
Required Skills & Experience
Unix/Linux administration, including system management, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Windows Server administration and support.
Stonebranch workflow orchestration.
Open Shift deployment and management.
Mainframe systems knowledge, including JCL (Job Control Language).
SQL for querying and database management.
Shell scripting and Python for automation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive approach to compliance and risk management.
Qualifications
3+ years of production support experience.
Relevant certifications in Unix/Linux, Windows, or cloud platforms are an asset.
Experience in regulated industries such as banking or financial services is an asset.
