Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 'White Glove' service during hardware deployment

• Deploy and retrieve laptop and desktop images

• Oversee inventory and asset management

• Resolve issues related to hardware deployment

• Track service performance using ticketing systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED with 2 to 4 years of related experience

• Excellent communication skills essential

• Ability to thrive in a team environment with minimal supervision

• Basic knowledge of inventory or IT practices

• Customer experience background preferred
