Position: Experienced UX Designer Needed
Cella By Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to innovate user experiences in Toronto.

This role offers a chance to collaborate on user-centric designs while working on-site four days weekly.

In your 6-month contract position, you'll harness User-Centred Design methodologies to tackle complex design challenges and contribute strategically to the overall digital experience strategy. This role demands effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and a passion for enhancing customer interactions through thoughtful design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform complex problems into user-friendly digital solutions

• Develop sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes

• Partner effectively with development teams to realize design goals

• Advocate for user needs through research and testing initiatives

• Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of UX design experience, especially in digital

• Proficient in Figma and knowledgeable about AI design tools

• Ability to navigate competing priorities and ambiguity

• Strong documentation and decision-tracking skills

• Prototyping skills across various formats
