In this role, you'll play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience for over 10,000 firms. Your expertise in translating complex product requirements into intuitive designs will enhance how professionals engage with our platform. By partnering closely with product and engineering teams, you'll drive user research that informs impactful design decisions and contribute significantly to our design system.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create detailed user experience designs for SaaS platforms
• Develop prototypes to validate design decisions
• Conduct usability testing and user research for insights
• Collaborate with teams to ensure designs are well-implemented
• Maintain UI standards and accessibility best practices
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of product or UX/UI design experience
• Proven work on multi-step workflows in B2B products
• Strong Figma proficiency in design components
• Hands-on experience in user research methods
• Familiarity with design standards and responsive frameworks
