AI and Business Systems Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the internal expert for Microsoft 365 and ERP systems

• Liaise between the business and external IT service providers

• Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and SQL

• Automate manual processes with Power Automate

• Evaluate and implement AI tools like Microsoft Copilot

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in Business Systems or a related field

• Proficiency in Power BI and data visualization techniques

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
