Join Solactive AG as an Application Support Specialist and leverage your technical skills in trading systems. Support our proprietary index platforms while ensuring high availability and reliability across distributed environments.
You will be instrumental in managing production support for market data applications, driving incident management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong, Frankfurt, and Toronto.
Your role will require a detailed understanding of market connectivity, SQL, and Linux, as you monitor system performance and lead troubleshooting efforts. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and document essential procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L1/L2 support for mission-critical applications
• Analyze system logs and resolve real-time issues
• Coordinate incident management and SLA responses
• Collaborate with business users on platform enhancements
• Maintain operational runbooks and documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in application support within financial markets
• Proficiency in Linux and SQL databases
• Strong experience with incident and release management
• Knowledge of APIs and distributed systems
• Excellent communication skills for global collaboration
