We seek a dynamic Senior Manager with extensive experience in Data Engineering to lead our dedicated Data Pods. This role is critical for overseeing the timely delivery of impactful data products while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and guide the development of robust data products that meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Data Pod operations, fostering team collaboration

• Direct the data product lifecycle from ideation to delivery

• Implement robust monitoring and data quality frameworks

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective feature prioritization

• Stay ahead in Big Data trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in Data Analysis, Big Data, or Data Warehousing

• At least 4 years in leadership roles within agile settings

• Experience with Big Data tools like Hadoop and Snowflake

• Proficiency in Python and message queuing technologies

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields
