Functional Testing F&A - Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and functional requirements specific to P & C insurance products (e.g.| personal auto| commercial auto| personal property| commercial property). Design and execute manual test cases for applications testing by coordinating with SMEs and developers. Strong SQL knowledge:
Essential for querying and validating data across different databases and systems. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (Oracle| SQL Server| Postgres etc.). Solid understanding of P&C insurance concepts including policy administration| claims processing| and underwriting. Perform functional| regression| integration| backend and UAT testing. Collaborate with business analysts| developers| and product owners to ensure test coverage and quality. Identify and document defects using tools like JIRA work with development teams for resolution.

Conduct API and backend testing (sql) to validate data integrity and system integrations. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospe

Required

Skills & Experience:

3 - 6+ years of experience in ETL testing for Data warehouse and Data mart applications, Public Strong domain knowledge of P &C insurance including underwriting| rating| billing| and claims. Experience with test case design| execution| and defect management. Proficiency in SQL for data validation and backend testing. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced insurance environment.
