This role requires a seasoned Business Analyst with over eight years of experience, specializing in data platforms and migrations. You will be instrumental in gathering requirements, defining data mappings, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality data solutions. Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Databricks are essential for success in this dynamic position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document data requirements for Lakehouse projects

• Collaborate with data engineers to define mappings and transformations

• Support design and delivery on Databricks and cloud data platforms

• Analyze source systems for data quality and migration readiness

• Create detailed process flows and user stories within Agile frameworks

Requirements:

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in data-focused environments

• Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms like Azure

• Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of PySpark or Python as a plus

• Strong understanding of data governance and management practices

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
