In this 15-month contract position, you will work with the Enterprise Process Improvements team, focusing on creating user-friendly, professional documentation. Your expertise in Adobe and technical communication will be essential in drafting and maintaining documents that align with company standards. Collaboration with various business units will be key to translating complex information into accessible content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and publish documentation for internal use
• Update technical forms using Adobe tools
• Collaborate with subject matter experts for accuracy
• Ensure compliance with documentation timelines
• Deliver informative updates on project status
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in technical writing
• Advanced proficiency in Robo Help and Frame Maker
• Strong planning and research capabilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
