Senior Systems Engineer - Hybrid

Take on a key Systems Engineer role in Toronto with a focus on enterprise infrastructure modernization in a hybrid model. This position involves Linux migration, automation, and cloud technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer for a 6-month contract that centers on enhancing infrastructure. Your expertise in RHEL Linux administration, Nutanix upgrades, and automation will be vital. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with VMware and Kubernetes in a highly available enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Linux migration projects across enterprise infrastructure

• Upgrade and maintain Nutanix G7/G10 systems

• Implement automation using Ansible scripting

• Manage cloud technologies with a focus on availability

• Collaborate to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance

Requirements:

• Strong RHEL Linux administration experience

• Familiarity with Solaris as a strong asset

• Nutanix Certified Professional - Multi-Cloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI)

• Proven skills in Ansible and Kubernetes (AKS)

• Experience in an enterprise environment
