Salesforce Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over five years in Agile delivery, specifically in Salesforce programs. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce platform areas like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while leading Scrum ceremonies and managing end-to-end delivery. Your ability to coordinate with Product Owners and track Agile metrics will be vital for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively

• Manage end-to-end Agile delivery for Salesforce initiatives

• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management

• Track Agile metrics, including velocity and sprint health

• Coordinate with distributed teams to resolve impediments

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile lead

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms

• Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM)

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination
