Position: Experienced Database Administrator at Beanfield
Beanfield is in search of an Experienced Database Administrator proficient in PostgreSQL and MySQL. Focus on high system availability and performance tuning in a collaborative setting.

As a Database Administrator with a minimum of 5 years in the field, you’ll manage the lifecycle of our databases, ensuring reliability and performance across mission-critical systems.

Your role will encompass the design of backup strategies, on-call support, and the development of enterprise-wide security policies. This position demands strong problem-solving abilities and keen insights into database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HA/DR strategies for databases

• Maintain thorough documentation of configurations and procedures

• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning

• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages

• Collaborate on database schema and application interactions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator

• Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL

• Scripting experience in SQL and automation languages

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and migration processes
