Role Mandate:

The Product Consultant for Recruitment Digitization serves as a strategic advisor and solution partner within the bank’s Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (CoE), responsible for advancing and supporting the recruitment technology roadmap while ensuring continuity of key initiatives. This will be acting as support during a current team member’s maternity leave. This role bridges business needs and digital solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders, including Strada and HIT teams, to gather requirements, address recruitment challenges, and deliver scalable, high-quality technology solutions aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.

The consultant plays a critical role in managing change requests, supporting regression testing, and ensuring system enhancements meet quality and approval standards, while actively contributing to strategic planning, including multi-year and annual roadmaps. Operating within a primarily remote environment, the role requires a high degree of independence balanced with strong cross-functional collaboration, frequent stakeholder engagement, and effective communication. Additionally, the Product Consultant champions agile methodologies, emerging recruitment technologies, and continuous improvement practices, tailoring approaches to meet project and team needs while driving efficiency and innovation across recruitment operations.

Team Structure:

This is a small team of 4. There is a high collaborative component with internal and external stakeholders as well.

Role Responsibilities:

This role plays a critical role in supporting BAU continuity with a primary focus on Workday change delivery, and governance, including cross-domain regression testing, and governance-driven updates to ensure system stability, compliance, and alignment across platforms.

• Lead regression testing and validation of Workday TA processes across cross-functional system changes, ensuring end-to-end integrity and identifying downstream impacts

• Support delivery of governance and regulatory-driven updates (, candidate notices, data/privacy changes), ensuring compliance and audit readiness

• Support requirements validation and refinement for Workday Change Requests, partnering with stakeholders to ensure clarity, testability, and alignment with existing system design

• Recommends and implements solutions based on analysis of issues and implications for the business.

• Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making.

• Assists in the development of strategic plans.

• Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.

• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.

• Understands and follows a project requirements management plan so that activities and milestones of the project team can be measured against the goals of the plan.

• Facilitates discussions and follows a disciplined approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate, and manage business requirements with stakeholders; applies a variety of elicitation techniques to probe, challenge, and understand requirements.

• Provides analytical support and insights to identified / assigned user areas to support relative product, channel, and business development initiatives ( product, portfolio, and profitability analytics, and customer analytics).

• Collaborates in root-cause analysis to determine underlying causes and participates in problem resolution.

• Builds exceptional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
