Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation of Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management processes.
- Drive global harmonization and standardization through scalable S/4
HANA and Vistex solutions. - Deliver large-scale ECC-to-S/4
HANA transformations, including Vistex IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement modernization. - Define and implement a global template for Order-to-Cash and Trade Promotion to reduce regional variation.
- Own SAP solution architecture, integration, deployment, and adoption aligned to business outcomes.
- Champion value-driven initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and service improvement.
- Lead global program delivery teams, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to best practices.
- Enable advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills.
- Experience working in both Agile and traditional delivery models.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
