GenAI Automation Developer – Ansible, LLM, GitHub Actions, Python

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Ansible Developer to enhance internal production support tools. In this role, you will develop innovative automation solutions that combine Git Hub Actions
, LLM-driven workflows
, and Ansible-based infrastructure management to streamline email processing and server/container operations.

• Design and develop automation solutions for email triage and management using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build and maintain Git Hub Actions pipelines for CI/CD of production support tools.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for Linux and Windows server/container configuration management.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing production support workflows.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for developed tools and automation frameworks.

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience
  .
• Strong expertise in Git Hub Actions for automation and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience developing LLM-integrated applications (e.g., GPT, BERT, or similar models).
• Strong experience with Ansible automation for Linux/Windows servers and container environments.
• Proficiency in:
  • Python
  • YAML
  • Shell Scripting
• Experience with email parsing and processing systems (e.g., MIME, SMTP APIs).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  .
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
  .

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of production support processes, including incident and problem management.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and App Dynamics
  .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
