Required Skills

• 10+ years of architecture experience with proven ability to design and implement high-level, multichannel eCommerce architectures.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise projects successfully.

• Experience with mid to large-scale B2C SAP Hybris eCommerce platforms.

• Strong experience integrating SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party systems, having led 5–7 integration projects.

• Experience developing Java Enterprise applications and web technologies.

• Expert knowledge of:

• SAP Hybris architecture

• Systems integration

• SAP Commerce development

• Package implementation

• Multiple technology platforms

• Interactive design

• Strong eCommerce background with the ability to create and manage Hybris data models, including:

• Products

• Catalogs

• Storefronts

• Customers

• Orders

• Cart

• SOLR design, setup, and tuning

• APIs

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Hybris technical solutions.

• SAP Commerce Architect certification is a plus.

• Lead the architecture and design of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

• Develop and implement architecture strategies leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities.

• Ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems with focus on:

• Data flow

• Security

• Process automation

Technical Solutions & Code Quality

• Define and enforce coding standards and code quality practices.

• Ensure development activities meet performance, scalability, and quality standards.

• Develop technical solutions and provide architecture guidance.

• Conduct regular code reviews and mentor development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide expert-level consultation on SAP Commerce platform capabilities.

• Design customizations and recommend best practices.

• Identify potential risks and provide guidance for future enhancements.
