TMX Group's Global Technology Services is seeking an IT Support Intern to provide vital services that enhance everyday operations. You will be directly involved in the deployment of desktops and laptops, handling support tickets via Service Now, and ensuring that users receive top-notch service with various applications, including Google Suite. This internship is located on-site in Toronto and spans four months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Image and deploy user devices for Windows 11

• Log incidents in Service Now on user requests

• Assist users at the on-site Tech Bar

• Perform inventory updates of IT assets

• Help with IT desk moves and support tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Currently studying Information Technology or Security

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Google Apps

• Physical ability to lift equipment

• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
