Relay is seeking a skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to enhance our production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role demands a proactive approach to mitigating security risks and establishing robust monitoring systems. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to strengthen our operational frameworks and guide the team towards a security-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Review change requests and fix high-risk security issues
• Develop monitoring systems for infrastructure health
• Optimize data repository posture through upgrades
• Lead incident response and coordinate fast mitigation
Requirements:
• Experience as a site reliability engineer with AWS and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with observability initiatives and logging pipelines
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Aurora RDS
• Strong security mindset and willingness to be on-call
• Curiosity about infrastructure best practices
