QA Analyst IVR Testing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies

• Conduct white box and black box testing effectively

• Validate data through SQL queries

• Collaborate within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban processes

• Utilize tools like Confluence, JIRA, and XRAY for project tracking

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a QA Test Analyst

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings

• Experience in performance and security testing is a plus

• Degree in computer science or related field is preferred
