Job Description
As an Azure Cloud Engineering Team Lead (L3), you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the firm’s cloud infrastructure, with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure
, Microsoft 365
, and Citrix Cloud platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring the resilience, performance, and security of critical cloud services, while also contributing to the automation, scalability, and modernization of IT operations. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across global teams to deliver reliable and efficient cloud-based solutions in a regulated financial environment.
You Will:
Monitor, diagnose and resolve problems within the Microsoft Azure/O365 environment and Key IT systems to ensure systems are stable and performing efficiently.Manage and resolve high-impact incidents under pressure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Perform day-to-day administration and support of Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, Security, Licensing, and Endpoint Management.Administer and develop across multiple infrastructure platforms including Azure
, O365
, AWS
, and Citrix
, ensuring optimal performance and integration.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
, YAML, and Git workflows to support continuous delivery.Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform
, ARM templates
, or Bicep to automate infrastructure provisioning.Identify opportunities to automate and streamline IT operations using Power Shell and workflow tools.Provide technical mentorship to L0/L2 support staff, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling within the team.Maintain accurate technical documentation, including SOPs and project plans, to support operational transparency and compliance.Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support global teams and projects across APAC and North America.Exposure to multi-cloud environments with AWS experience desirable
