Join Cella by Randstad Digital as a Senior UX Designer, dedicated to crafting elegant customer experiences in downtown Toronto. Work with a sophisticated team in a 6-month onsite contract.
You will leverage your 5+ years of UX expertise to transform complex datasets into compelling user narratives. This position requires strong design skills, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication. Ensure user advocacy is central to the design process while engaging in research and testing activities that foster innovation and iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ideate and conceptualize design solutions for intricate workflows
• Create detailed sketches, prototypes, and user scenarios
• Work alongside development teams to realize design intentions
• Advocate for user-centered design throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage in customer research, usability studies, and feedback integration
Requirements:
• Degree in design or a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Expertise in Figma, Axure, and Adobe’s Creative Suite
• Strong visualization skills for complex data
• Experience designing dashboards for various user roles
• Excellent communication with a strong design portfolio
