Deliverables

• Task 1:
  Monthly Performance Status Report (where applicable)
  • All deliverables that the consultant worked on during the past month are included.
  • Progress and specific accomplishments against each deliverable are described.
  • Status of the consultant’s deliverables compared to the project baseline estimated completion date.
• Task 2:
  Review and Implementation
  • Review technical design and revise based on feedback.
  • Develop automation scripts according to the technical design.
  • Implement and promote to the User Test environment.
  • Implement and promote to the Production environment.
  • Document the process for knowledge transfer.
  • Provide support for integration and data migration requirements.
  • Provide support during the Q&A phase of the project.
  • Provide stabilization support after the project go-live.
  • Estimated completion date: according to the project timeline schedule.
• Task 3:
  Knowledge Transfer to Ministry Staff
  • Provide documentation.
  • Conduct walk‑through sessions.
  • Estimated completion date: throughout the project.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Web Logic V12, Web Sphere V9, and Informatica V10 configuration, customization, upgrading, and patching.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure Cloud Dev Ops toolsets, including Docker, Ansible, Packer, Terraform, Azure Dev Ops Pipelines, and Open Shift.
• Working knowledge of Git, including branching, merging strategies (e.g., git‑flow), pull requests, and Git Ops practices.
• Experience designing and implementing infrastructure as code with Terraform and immutable infrastructure using Ansible and Packer.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems, data communications, and telecommunications technology, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10, and Mainframe IMS Connect.
• Experience with performance tuning, storage/capacity management, database migration/upgrade, and backup/Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
• Experience configuring clustering, load balancers, and firewalls, and implementing these in Azure.
• Experience with J2EE, Java, Node.js, Azure Functions, Serverless, Pub/Sub event‑driven systems, and Azure App Gateway.
• Experience with Informatica Power Center tools, Designer, Workflow Manager, and Workflow.
• Experience in application monitoring and support.
• Highly skilled analysis and problem‑solving abilities.

• Technical Knowledge – 30%:
  Extensive experience in systems, data communications, telecommunications technology, Web Logic V12, Web Sphere V9, Informatica V10, and Azure Cloud Dev Ops toolsets.
• Support & Troubleshooting – 25%:
  Advanced problem‑solving skills, experience supporting pre‑production and production systems 24/7/365, and monitoring performance and data integrity in a multi‑platform environment.
