Stripe is seeking a deeply experienced connectivity expert with over five years in troubleshooting complex networking issues. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, product support, and third-party partners, ensuring stellar connectivity for enterprise customers.
Your role will empower the support organization and facilitate through technical investigations and incident coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own investigations across merchant networks and devices
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to solve incidents
• Create runbooks and AI diagnostics for support processes
• Advise enterprise customers on connectivity and hardware
• Drive product improvements based on user insights
Requirements:
• 5+ years in troubleshooting connectivity in enterprise
• Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network diagnostics
• Experience engaging with enterprise IT teams
• Strong analytical skills and operational mindset
• Willingness to travel for customer site visits
