We are currently seeking a Senior Associate
- Analytics to join our growing Analytics team, focusing on designing, building, and deploying reliable technical solutions and products that drive significant business outcomes for our clients. Successful candidates will work hands‑on with internal engineering teams and technical stakeholders to build robust,
production‑ready AI agents and analytical systems
. Attention to detail and a desire to dig deep into the data for insights are necessary. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients across different sectors. If you have most of the required skills but not all of them, you are still encouraged to apply.

• 3-5 years of technical experience in roles such as AI Engineering, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or Computer Engineering, with a focus on building and operationalizing end-to-end data products and GenAI solutions.
• Expertise in SQL and Python for building data pipelines, transformation, and modeling, including the integration of Generative AI (GenAI) models like ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude.
• Experience with cloud‑based data warehouses like Google Big Query, Snowflake, or AWS Redshift, and familiarity with ETL/ELT pipelines and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools.
• Knowledge of media platforms like Campaign Manager 360 and associated measurement tracking.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers, data engineers, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and lead the development of technical solutions and projects.
• Curious, Creative, Independent, and Innovative

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative AI‑enabled data pipelines and systems (e.g., summary generation, predictive models) for web, media and CRM data, focusing on robust scalability and automation.
• Engineer, integrate, and maintain Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning models and multi‑agent systems, including development of prompt engineering strategies and validation frameworks (e.g., Gen Agent/QA Agent architecture), to automate tasks and drive insights.
• Support technical governance for AI solutions, driving process improvements, and contributing to the innovation roadmap for scalable data architecture and MLOps capabilities.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to ensure data quality, implement technical tagging solutions, and define clean data schemas.

• Good understanding of A|B Testing, Experience and Campaign Optimization
• Additional expertise in Google Analytics and other leading tools is preferred
• Experience in the consulting and advertising industry is preferred
• Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker for reporting and analysis

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is CAD 85,000 to $120,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
