In this senior engineering role, you will leverage your extensive experience in data platform engineering, focusing on developing scalable data pipelines and implementing real-time data processing. Your work will involve leading data migration projects, optimizing ETL processes, and utilizing major AWS services to enhance system reliability across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and support scalable data pipelines with AWS technologies
• Lead data platform migration from on-premise to AWS Cloud
• Develop ETL processes with SSIS and similar tools
• Implement AWS services like EMR, Redshift, and Glue
• Optimize data workflows using Airflow
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Data Engineering or Big Data
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services like EMR, S3, and RDS
• Experience with SQL-based systems, including SQL Server
• Strong knowledge in Unix/Linux environments
• Hands-on skills with SSIS and shell scripting
