As the head of Digital Forensic Services, you will innovate best practices and establish governance over regional teams across Canada and Latin America. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance legal processes surrounding evidence management. You’ll also lead the development of strategies to prevent and disrupt cybercriminal activities impacting Scotiabank and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Forensic Services across diverse regions

• Oversee evidence management and eDiscovery operations

• Develop strategies against cybercrime with actionable insights

• Enhance forensic methodologies and collaboration efforts

• Support legal teams in evidence presentation and cases

Requirements:

• University degree in a related technology field

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Security or IT

• At least 8 years of people management experience

• Expertise in cyber fraud trends and digital forensics

• Understanding of internal risk frameworks and procedures
