What You Will Do
Lead the delivery and governance of Cloud and Data Center Services in a multi‑platform environment
Oversee a broad infrastructure portfolio, including public and private cloud, compute, storage, backup, access management, disaster recovery, middleware, databases, and system management tools
Drive service excellence across incidents, problems, changes, requests, availability, capacity, maintenance, and SLA management
Contribute to infrastructure strategy and roadmap planning, and help shape broader IT direction
Support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects that enable new business capabilities
Manage risk, service quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and cost optimization
Lead, coach, and develop staff, while managing priorities, performance, workforce planning, and resourcing
Oversee budgets, vendor relationships, sourcing activities, contracts, and infrastructure assets
Build strong relationships with internal partners, clients, and external suppliers
Provide clear updates and recommendations to leaders, peers, and teams
What You Bring
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of experience in Cloud and Data Center Services
3+ years of leadership experience with accountability for end‑to‑end service delivery or operations
Strong experience in infrastructure strategy, operational excellence, risk reduction, financial management, and vendor management
Knowledge of several infrastructure technologies, such as Cloud, Windows, Linux, UNIX, Storage, Network, Firewall, Middleware, Database, Backups, Automation, Security, or Mainframe
Preferred
10+ years of experience in Cloud and Data Center Services
5+ years of leadership experience in service delivery or operations
Broad technical knowledge across four or more infrastructure domains

This role requires the successful applicant to commit to an in‑office work arrangement up to 5 days a week beginning in 2027.
