This full-time role involves working in the Toronto office and serving users across multiple locations including Ottawa and New York. You will deliver first-level technical support, resolve application and PC related issues, and assist team members with complex troubleshooting. Document all service requests accurately and identify recurring problems to enhance service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level support to end users
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively
• Document service desk calls in the database
• Assist with escalations for rapid resolutions
• Conduct training for users on computer and software use
Requirements:
• College diploma in a computer-related field
• Minimum one year in technical customer support
• Proficient with Microsoft systems and applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Flexibility for variable work hours, including weekends
