In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the JD Edwards environment. With hands-on experience of 5-7 years, you will directly manage daily operations, including security setups and system monitoring. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage JD Edwards profile maintenance and security settings

• Monitor health check reports to resolve issues proactively

• Document and analyze incidents using Service Now

• Review interfaces and integrity reports for data accuracy

• Assist in project implementations and system upgrades

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years in an ERP analyst role with JD Edwards

• Familiarity with DMAAIs and Orchestrator

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong communication skills for user training

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
