Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll guide and coach agile teams in applying Scrum principles to deliver high-quality products
  • You’ll facilitate key ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • In this role, you’ll remove impediments and foster a productive, self‑organizing team environment
  • You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to influence decision‑making and support delivery outcomes
  • You’ll champion continuous improvement and contribute to evolving agile practices across the organization
Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems and think critically in dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insights
