Business Analyst Web Portal Lead

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll help transform complex client needs into clear, actionable solutions that drive real value.

You will:

· Partner with clients and internal teams to understand business needs

· Translate requirements into detailed technical specifications

· Support the design, development, and delivery of web portal solutions

· Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with client expectations

· Contribute to the successful migration and implementation of client portals

What You’ll Accomplish Together
Working closely with developers, QA teams, client stakeholders, and internal partners, you will:

· Lead requirements gathering through workshops and client interactions

· Break down complex needs into clear, structured documentation

· Collaborate on solution design and estimation discussions

· Support development teams by clarifying requirements

· Coordinate and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)

· Ensure accessibility standards (WCAG) are applied

· Contribute to release documentation and communication

· Manage priorities across multiple projects with tight timelines

Qualifications

· 3+ years Business Analysis experience

· 3+ years web portal/digital platform experience

· Experience gathering and documenting requirements

· Agile methodology experience

· Experience working with developers and QA teams

· Client-facing experience

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Annual Salary range : 48,300.

- 80,000.00 CAD Annual
