In this full-time permanent role, you'll enable agile teams to practice Scrum and deliver impactful solutions. Engaging closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Your expertise in coaching and facilitating will help empower teams to achieve their best outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach agile teams in implementing Scrum effectively
• Facilitate key ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews
• Identify and remove impediments for team success
• Work with stakeholders to support decision-making
• Champion the continuous evolution of agile practices
Requirements:
• Over 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery role
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Proven critical thinking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Strong detail orientation and time management skills
