Deep Genomics is in search of a talented Senior MLOps Engineer to support our mission in AI drug discovery. With more than four years of experience, you will manage cloud and CI/CD systems crucial for our ML operations. You'll collaborate with scientists and engineers to build a robust platform that scales efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cloud infrastructure on GCP with Terraform

• Manage IAM and RBAC across environments

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines ensuring best practices

• Support ML workflow orchestration tools

• Operate and configure ML experiment tracking software
Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years in production infrastructure or MLOps

• Proficiency with cloud platforms and Infrastructure-as-Code

• Extensive Kubernetes and Docker experience

• Solid skills in CI/CD systems and Python

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
