Become an Agile Coach driving transformations in large enterprises. Lead coaching engagements, guide strategies, and enhance delivery through best practices in Agile.
This role requires over 10 years of experience in Agile environments, including at least 2 years dedicated to coaching. You will coach senior leaders and teams, facilitate leadership sessions, and lead Agile organizational changes. Your expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum and SAFe will bring tangible improvements in business agility and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Agile transformations within large organizations
• Coach executives and teams on Agile best practices
• Facilitate PI Planning and Agile ceremonies
• Guide changes in operating models and strategy
• Apply Agile metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 10+ years in Agile environments, 2+ as a coach
• Proven Agile transformation leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
