Job Overview

As the Senior Manager, you will serve as the program‑level technical and strategic lead for OMP enhancements, owning the integration architecture between OMP and other tools such as SAP, Aera, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead OMP enhancement delivery across three core areas:
    • IT Integration & Technical Architecture (40%) :
      Serve as a senior technical SME on end‑to‑end OMP and SAP integration, lead architecture decisions, identify integration risks, guide system design, and manage the OMP vendor relationship to ensure delivery meets expectations.
    • Program Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment (20%) :
      Drive cross‑functional alignment across KHC IT, Finance, business stakeholders, and the Center of Excellence; lead change management, go‑live onboarding, and process rollout with Workstream leaders.
    • Value Measurement & Analytics (40%) :
      Own the end‑to‑end value tracking strategy for OMP enhancements, define measurement frameworks, build and maintain reporting in Power BI and Snowflake SQL, leverage AI tools to analyze data and surface insights, and validate that enhancements deliver expected business outcomes.
  • Oversee the OMP vendor relationship, participate in integration design decisions, and serve as a senior voice on risks and mitigation.
  • Manage the data and analytics infrastructure that connects to OMP—including Snowflake SQL, Power BI, and AI‑assisted analysis—to measure value, surface insights, and inform prioritization.
  • Post‑implementation, demonstrate that enhancements deliver expected business value.
  • Set the tone for how the program operates, driving prioritization decisions, removing blockers, and ensuring the team delivers against KPIs.
  • Use Agile tools such as Jira to manage the backlog and track delivery progress.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 5–7 years of experience in supply/materials planning or IT integration; supply‑chain planning background a plus.
  • Proven leadership and decision‑making ability with a focus on continuous OMP improvement.
  • Deep workstream expertise to guide discussions and foster a forward‑thinking, continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Ability to operate at macro, meso, and micro process levels and connect them into a cohesive end‑to‑end view.
  • Strong cross‑functional communication skills, with the ability to lead workstream discussions, drive decisions, and constructively push back when needed.
  • Deep SAP and OMP integration expertise, including the ability to lead architecture decisions, identify system risks, and guide end‑to‑end integration design.
  • Experience with budget creation and management a plus.
  • Strong change‑management skills to drive strategy and maximize tool value.
  • Agile/Scrum experience; proven ability to lead an Agile team as a senior contributor.
  • Proficiency in Snowflake SQL and Power BI for building and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to analyze and parse data and solve complex business problems required.
Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position (3 days in office) based at one of our offices in Chicago (Aon Center), Pittsburgh (PPG Place), or Toronto (Queen’s Quay).

Compensation

New Hire Base Salary Range: $ – $. Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
