Elevate AI infrastructure reliability with Boson AI as a Site Reliability Engineer based in Toronto or remote. Optimize systems for large-scale AI training and serving while ensuring performance and availability.
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Boson AI, you will leverage your 4+ years of experience in site reliability, systems engineering, or production operations.

Your role involves deep expertise in networking, GPU systems, or distributed storage, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams. You'll transform complex infrastructure into a dependable and observable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance AI training and inference infrastructure

• Automate workflows for networking and compute resource allocation

• Build monitoring and incident-response practices

• Diagnose issues in distributed systems and hardware

• Partner with ML and platform teams for infrastructure improvements
Requirements:

• 4+ years in an SRE or related role

• Strong skills in networking or GPU administration

• Experience with Kubernetes or similar platforms

• Proficient in Linux and scripting

• Excellent communication for distributed teams
