Global Fraud Technology Director

Lead Scotiabank's Global Fraud Technology team as a Director specializing in Service Reliability and Production Engineering. Ensure high operational standards and resiliency in fraud technology ecosystems.
This senior role is pivotal for overseeing the stability and reliability of fraud technology  will direct a diverse team of over 25 professionals across multiple countries including Toronto, Bogotá, Bangalore, and Chennai. Your focus will be on application support, service continuity, and incident management, driving operational excellence at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fraud technology operation strategies

• Lead major incident management processes effectively

• Establish operational excellence frameworks and support models

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation

• Manage vendor relationships supporting operational capabilities
Requirements:

• 10+ years in technology leadership roles

• 5+ years leading production support and SRE teams

• Strong expertise in IT Service Management

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, Google Cloud preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
