Position: Director of Infrastructure Engineering, McCain Foods
Transform infrastructure at McCain Foods as the Director of Infrastructure Engineering. This senior role focuses on leading AI-first strategies to advance global IT operations.
You will report to the VP of Infrastructure Engineering & Operations, driving the digital transformation necessary for McCain's 2030 goals. Your leadership will influence key areas including data centers, cloud services, and the integration of GenAI and AIOps technologies. You'll enhance infrastructure agility, ensuring it supports global manufacturing and business applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead modernization strategies across global IT infrastructure

• Oversee deployment of scalable AI platforms and secure operations

• Lead global operations ensuring system availability and resilience

• Establish key performance indicators for infrastructure services

• Collaborate with vendors to drive innovative solutions
Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or similar

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure leadership

• Strong background in cloud environments and data operations

• Expertise in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering practices

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Kubernetes
