Banking Technology​/Senior Consultant

The opportunity

We currently have career opportunities for consultants and senior consultants in our Canadian banking technology consulting team. Each project is different, so you’ll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and navigate ever‑changing circumstances. We’ll look for a self‑starter who can translate complex information into simple terms and deliver long‑term solutions with confidence.

As a senior consultant, you will work with clients and collaborate with your team of data, technology professionals, and/or third‑party strategic alliances to deliver strategic technology‑enabled transformations, technology risk remediation, and major digital implementations.

• 3‑5 years of financial industry experience, particularly working with banks or credit unions or in a consulting capacity focused on banking.
• Experience delivering projects or programs, building relationships, and supporting team development. This includes generating new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions to present to internal and external clients.
• Led the development and execution of systems integration projects and roadmaps.
• Facilitated stakeholder communication, ensuring clear and effective collaboration between business and technical teams.

• Progression toward a Project Management certification is an asset.
• Prior experience working with technology risk remediation.
• Experience in conducting in‑depth analysis of business requirements and translating them into detailed system specifications.
• Experience in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement technology solutions in the financial services industry.
• Past project experiences using agile methodology practices & driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills.
