SAP CRM Service Management Consultant

Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Service Management Consultant to join their project immediately and will run for 3 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of SAP experience as a consultant, including 1 or 2 full projects involving S/4

HANA and conversions from ECC to S/4

HANA. This will be a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Served as a CRM subject matter expert, providing technical leadership across case management, service processes, and complaint workflows.
• Configured and optimized CRM case management modules to ensure efficient tracking, prioritization, and resolution of customer issues.
• Designed and automated complaint workflows to streamline issue intake, routing, escalation, and closure.
• Mapped and refined end-to-end service processes, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• Architected and deployed CRM Web UI interfaces, ensuring intuitive navigation and seamless user interaction for agents and end-users.
• Led CRM integrations with external systems and third-party applications, ensuring data consistency and interoperability across platforms.
• Facilitated client onboarding workshops and defined business requirements, translating client needs into scalable, tailored CRM solutions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
