Role Description

We are seeking an experienced People Soft Admin / Upgrade Specialist with strong expertise in People Soft HRMS upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with People Tools, People Soft upgrades, Oracle databases, system administration, and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

• Perform People Soft HRMS application and People Tools upgrades

• Apply maintenance packs, patches, and People Soft Update Manager (PUM) updates

• Manage and maintain People Soft environments across development, testing, and production

• Support migration activities between environments

• Administer and support Oracle databases associated with People Soft applications

• Configure and maintain People Soft infrastructure and operating system environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and infrastructure issues

• Address security vulnerabilities and support compliance requirements

• Coordinate and support OS and database patching activities

• Provide infrastructure support and guidance to application teams

• Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to best practices
