In this role as an IT Support Intern, you will assist in implementing the Windows 11 project and provide technical support for various enterprise applications. This internship will help you develop critical problem-solving skills while delivering exceptional service to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the deployment of new hardware for Windows 11

• Log incidents in Service Now for effective tracking

• Provide support for Google Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite

• Execute desk moves and cover tech bar needs onsite

• Update and manage IT asset inventory efficiently

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology

• Strong customer service and communication expertise

• Familiarity with hardware and desktop operating systems

• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills
