Project Manager for Dynamics 365 CRM

MNP Digital is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including consultants and developers, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption across complex environments. Your expertise in technology delivery and change management will be vital for enhancing public sector services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive Dynamics 365 CRM projects from inception to go-live

• Manage project scope, budget, risks, and approval processes

• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and steering committees

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery

• Drive user adoption and governance activities throughout the project

Requirements:

• 8+ years of project management experience in software implementations

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience in complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects

• Proven ability to deliver outcomes in fast-paced settings

• Preferred certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, or similar
