SAP S​/HANA EAM and SCM Functional Lead

The SAP S/4

HANA EAM and SCM Functional Lead will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end functional leadership across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) work streams within large‑scale SAP S/4

HANA transformation programs in the Utilities sector.

• Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4
  
  HANA EAM and SCM modules.
• Define and validate target business processes across Maintenance, Work Management, Materials Management, Procurement, and Inventory.

• Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Oversee configuration in PM, MM, EWM, and Procurement areas.

• Apply Utilities business knowledge across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, or Water/Wastewater.

• Lead functional teams and collaborate closely with business SMEs and technical teams.
• Work across Finance, Field Service, GIS, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Recommend improvements leveraging S/4
  
  HANA, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics.

• 12–16 years SAP functional experience with strong PM, MM, SCM expertise.
• Multiple S/4
  
  HANA implementations including Utilities sector exposure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or similar.
